A Note About Sizing and Slack
Necklaces are laid out flat against a yardstick for sizing.
Bracelets are measured with a "Bracelet Sizer" so that the circumference of the beads is accounted for in the sizing. In other words, if you lay out your bracelet flat against a yardstick, ruler, tape measure, etc., it may seem it is not the size you ordered.
Due to the natural materials that we use, we can't guarantee the EXACT measurement you order, but we go to great lengths (no pun intended -lol) to make them as close as possible to what you ordered.
We do have a two-week satisfaction guarantee (see the returns, refunds and exchanges policies for more details).
We are happy to answer any questions you may have and can always send you a video of your piece before we mail it.
Slack in the Necklace and Bracelets:
All pieces will have some amount of "slack (wire showing)" in the piece. Each design is different and requires a different amount of slack for the beads to move free enough to hang and or fit nicely.
Keep in mind, you can slightly rotate pieces (especially stone chips). We have coined the phrase "comb its hair".
Also, wire can be gently shaped with your hand. Don't hesitate to ask us if you need a demonstration in a video sent to you.
