Shipping Policy and Information
We wait for customer payments to clear and be deposited to us before any items are shipped.
The default/usual shipping method (unless agreed on by us and you to be a different shipping method) will be US Priority Shipping *WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION*
This means, if you are not there to sign when your package is delivered, it will be held at the post office assigned to your address as opposed to it being left on your porch, outside, etc.). We do this to decrease chances of theft. ALL US (except outlying islands) packages we mail will have signature confirmation including any packages with expedited shipping.

Expedited shipping requests:
If you need overnight or speedy delivery, please email us or message us in the chat box to inquire with us first if it is available on the item you have ordered because everything is hand-made to order. If it is available on what you have ordered, and we will make you a special listing with the expedited shipping added into the cost.
We require your email and phone number on any expedited shipping requests as this may help the carrier to contact you if there are any problems with delivery.
