Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Welcome to our shop. We are a mother/daughter team who takes great care to provide you with beautiful as well as durable handcrafted jewelry. Our goal is for you to have a lasting piece of jewelry as a gift for yourself or your family and friends.

We have a two-week money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your money or replace it for you. Our jewelry pieces are tested and tried to be durable, and we want you to have a lasting gift to enjoy. 

In order to be approved for a refund or an exchange, the returned order must also meet the following requirements:

*Please do not put the word "jewelry" nor our business name (nor anything else denoting anything of value being in the package) so as to decrease the chances of theft.   

*Please include your return address on the outside of the package

*Items must arrive to us in the same shape in which they were mailed and be able to be resold.

*The returned order must also include all of the items that were in the package such as: the gift box, tissue paper, gift bag, wrapping paper, twine, calendar, business cards, thank you card and the free gift.

*The returned order must be mailed using priority mail with signature confirmation and have a tracking number.

*The returned order must be postmarked within two-weeks of the delivered date (as listed on the original shipment tracking number)

The returned order must be received by us and in our possession before any refunds or exchanges are processed.   

No returns/refunds/exchanges will be accepted without the above requirements. 

We are not responsible for, nor do we offer any insurance for theft, losses or damages to our products/orders.

Customer pays their cost of shipping the items to us.

If you exchange an item, you will be charged a fee for our time to redesign the piece/and or package a new piece/ as well as the cost of shipping the redesigned piece to you as well as additional charges if the new piece is more expensive.

Refunds will be minus our cost of having shipped the items to you. 

We do not anticipate these polices to change, but these policies may change at any time, and we are not responsible for notifying you nor are we responsible for having the new policy posted here.
