Returned orders must meet the following additional qualifications:
Items must be received by us in the same condition in which it was mailed and in resalable condition with all original packaging included such as the free gift, burlap bag, calendar, thank you card, tissue paper and box with insert. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the package is received by us. We highly recommend you mail it with sufficient padding around all the items and include a tracking number. We will not be responsible if any contents of the package are lost, stolen or not received by us for any reason. Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
